The competition "The Best driver of the country" will consist of seven qualifying stages, where participants will show their driving skills, two semi-finals - the team of experts will work out particularly extraordinarily complex tasks and the grand finale.
The drives from 20 to 80 years old from all over Russia will take part in the show.
The judges in the project will be the first Russian Formula 1 pilot, a well-known race car driver, pilot of the SMP Racing program Vitaly Petrov and a journalist, automobile expert, and former race car driver Mikhail Gorbachev. The host of the project - showman, musician, master of sports of international class in motor racing Nikolai Fomenko will also have the right to vote in the evaluation of the number
The artist will conduct the show together with the popular actress and TV presenter Polina Maximova.
After each performance, the jury will give a positive or negative assessment to the participants about passing the test. Three “YES!” from the panel and the participant goes further.
Drivers failing the challenges (scratched or wrinkled cars, drove off the track, was unable to meet the specified time, etc.) will be excluded.
The show " DRIVE MASTER!" is created jointly by NTV and Auto Plus TV channels with the participation of the Russian motor racing development program SMP Racing, with the support of Gazprombank and the SOGAZ insurance company. The technical partner of the project will be Gazpromneft - Lubricants, a company producing G-Energy engine oils.
