Based on the international Scandinavian hit, Bron/ Broen, the Russian adaptation begins when a body is found on the Narva Frienship Bridge, connecting the borders between Russia and Estonia. Russian investigator Maxim Kazantsev (Michail Porechenkov) and Estonian Detective Inga Veermaa (Ingeborga Dapkunaite) must work together to hunt down a serial killer operating in both countries.
